How do I place an order?

Click on the "add to your shopping cart" for each item you want to purchase. Click on "review shopping cart" to confirm your purchase. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click on "checkout."

Do I pay tax?

Searle retail stores are situated in New York State. If you live in the State of New York, we are required to charge you your local tax on your purchases.
 


How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?

We will immediately e-mail you a confirmation with total amount of charge.
 


I have a question about a product.

Who can I speak with and when? Please call our flagship location during normal business hours.

Monday thru Friday 10am-7pm.
Saturdays 10am-6pm.
Sundays
Noon-6 pm.

If those hours do not work with your schedule, e-mail us at

When is my credit card charged?

When you place the order. If for any reason we are unable to immediately ship your order, we will contact you via e mail as to the estimated duration and reason for the delay.


 
Credit Card Security

All information sent over the internet is encrypted to assure privacy. If you prefer to order over the phone, please call us at 212-354-4538 during regular business hours. Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern time. Or, you may also call one of our stores and place an order over the phone with them.

Can I check on the status of my order?

We will inform you via e-mail when your purchase is mailed. You may contact us at customerservice@searlenyc.com for an accurate update. We will respond the same day.

 
Shipping information

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery unless you contact us directly to arrange otherwise.

Shipping prices are based on weight, location and speed as determined by fedex.com.

International Shipping

Searlenyc.com will ship anywhere in the world via DHL International.
Simply type in your postal code and the name of your country and the website
will provide an estimate of the charge you will incur for international
shipping. Please note that the shipping cost is only an estimate. We will contact you directly to let you know the exact amount you will be charged for shipping. Costs vary depending on weight and size of items.


 
Gift Wrapping

There is no additional charge for wrapping of gifts. Request wrapping in the
appropriate section of the order form.
 

Gift cards

Gift cards can be enclosed with any gift. Please stipulate the verbiage in the appropriate section of the order form. Garment Sizes Can you help me choose the right size? We make every effort to standardize our sizes. However, many
items have unique features which we can discuss with you via e-mail at gift@searlenyc.com.

 
Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. Please purchase in the appropriate section of the order form. Only gift certificates purchased online can be redeemed online.

 
Returns and Exchanges

Exchange requests or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

When will a refund appear on my bill?

We will refund your account immediately upon receiving your return. Please note that the refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
