Exchange and Returns

Exchange requests or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE and PROMO/DISCOUNTED purchases are FINAL SALE/EXCHANGE ONLY.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

  • Request a return authorization number by CLICK HERE and filling in the form.
  • You will receive your return authorization number via email within 48 hours of your request.
  • It is important to remember that returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Make sure your name, address and return authorization number are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package.
  • If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address and the RA # be featured on the outside of the package. You MUST also clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package so that it is prominent and easily visible. If the RA # is not clearly marked, the package will be rejected and returned to you.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable If you choose to exchange for another item, please be aware that you will be charged a shipping fee.

  • Please enclose a note with your email address plus the original packing slip and any further instructions you want us to have, your credit card number and expiration date.
  • You will receive an email in return with your refund receipt. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
  • Enclose the credit card number and expiration date of the card used to purchase the item.

Merchandise must be in new condition with the price tag attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Reduced merchandise, lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, jewelry and hats are FINAL SALE.

If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will gladly reimburse your shipping charges.
